A full academic session, as laid down by National Policy on Education, runs for thirty nine weeks.

First terms runs for about twelve or thirteen weeks commencing from second week of September to second week of December.

Second term begin second week of January and runs through April for twelve or thirteen weeks of exceptional learning involvement at Golden Grace International School.

Third term resumes last week of April or first week of May and runs for twelve or thirteen weeks.

The Seventh week of every terms is for Mid-term test for the primary section. Mid-term break follows in the seventh week and lasts for three days (Wednesday to Friday). The eight week is the beginning of the second half of the is examination while twelfth and thirteenth weeks the end of the term activities and beginning of vacation.
